Costa Venezia is the first evolution of the Vista cruise ship project. It was designed specifically for the Chinese market of Costa Asia, a subsidiary of the Italian shipping company Costa Crociere, and was built at the Fincantieri shipyard in Monfalcone (GO). Its larger gross tonnage differs is from other ships in its same class.
This ship, with a gross tonnage of 135,225 is 323.63 metres long, 37.19 metres high and can carry 5,260 passengers.
